Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn boots and any accessories back into their original shoebox and secure them in a mailing satchel.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal service provider and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
